Do Not Divide Us.org is just getting started. We are now in the organizational phase and are actively seeking patriotic Americans to form local chapters. Our ideals are honesty in government and preserving our way of life.

The only requirements we have is that you believe in the values that made our country the greatest in history and that you conduct yourselves with honor and dignity.

We thought we had some good news with President Obama's first few appointments, when we saw several people he appointed to be in his cabinet. There seemed to be an attempt to provide balance within his close circle of advisors. He kept Robert Gates as Secretary of Defense and chose Senator Hillary Clinton as his Secretary of State, even though they had some serious disagreements on foreign policy during the campaign.

Unfortunately, several appointments later we are not so sure.

The new Secretary of the Interior, Kenneth Salazar, went out of his way in one of his first speeches to the press, to bash the Bush administration and paint the last eight years as the worst years in the history of his department. Is this what we need to unite the country?

Did not Mr. Salazar know that President Bush established several National marine preserves that protect more area in square miles than all previous administrations? We ask the Secretary to stop being a political hatchet man and start doing his job.

Events

On Thursday, January 22nd, thousands made the journey to Washington D.C. to stage a rally for life and to protest the Supreme Court decision of Wade V. Roe that allowed abortion on demand.
We hope our new President will soften his heart and hear the call to protect the unborn.
Please email us any pictures you take if you went on the trip and we will publish as many as we can on this site.
It is said that Pilgrims who make a journey to honor God receive a blessing. If that is true we can only say...Amen.

Can You Believe This!
First the person nominated to be the Secretary of the Treasurery is found to have not paid his taxes for several years. He still was approved for the job as Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said it was only a "hiccup".
Now former Senator Tom Daschle, the nominee for Secretary of Health and Welfare admits to not paying over $125,000 in taxes! Imagine if it was you or me who didn't pay any taxes- what would happen to us?
